The planning & design experience is specific to each couple, and you deserve a customized plan to make your vision a reality. Each offering requires its own process and provides various services depending upon what feels right for you and which option would make your wedding planning experience most enjoyable.

The Planning & Design Experience
The Full Service Experience encompasses three main elements that make up your wedding day: Design, Planning and Management.
The Design phase is utilized so we can provide a complete and cohesive vision. From inspiration and initial mood board to the detailed design presentation, we will walk you through each detail that encompasses your wedding day. This phase will include all visual related elements such as florals, linens, rentals, stationery, cake, tabletop, lighting, and much more.
The Planning phase encompasses everything from budgets to hotel blocks. We guide you through the unknowns and keep you on track so that everything is seamless. When wedding day comes, you will have a personalized experience provided by an elite team of vendors that were hand picked based on your personality, style and budget.
The final phase is the Management of the wedding day itself. This process begins 8 weeks out as we will contact all of your vendors and finalize the logistics so every team member is on the same page. Separately, we will work with you to create the timelines and ceremony outline to ensure everything is just as you envisioned. You will have at least 3 dedicated planners on-site for your wedding day who will manage all vendors and logistics so that no detail is left unattended.
01. Full Service Planning & Design
The Management and Design Experience is divided into three categories: Advising, Design and Management. The planning that you have done and will continue to do paired with these three items will establish a partnership to ensure a seamless experience.
The purpose of the Advising phase is to give you the guidance and tools necessary as we embark on your planning journey. You will receive access to the planning portal where your wedding guide, budget, checklists and everything in between live. We will create and manage your budget as well as provide you with recommendations for trusted vendors that were hand selected based on your personality, style and investment. You will have a knowledgeable and trusted guiding hand every step of the way.
The Design phase is utilized so we can provide a complete and cohesive vision. From inspiration and initial mood board to the detailed design presentation, we will walk you through each detail that encompasses your wedding day. All of your design related vendors including florals, decor, linens, and rentals will be handled by our team including booking, attending meetings, and management.
The final phase is the Management of the wedding day itself. This process begins 8 weeks out as we will contact all of your vendors and finalize the logistics so every team member is on the same page. Separately, we will work with you to create the timelines and ceremony outline to ensure everything is just as you envisioned. You will have at least 2 dedicated planners on-site for your wedding day who will manage all vendors and logistics so that no detail is left unattended.
02. Wedding Management & Design
The Wedding Management Experience is divided into two categories: Advising and Management. These two items will assist you as you plan your wedding day and put you at ease as your day of logistics and execution will be taken care of by our team.
The purpose of the Advising phase is to give you the tools necessary as you embark on your planning journey. You will receive the planning guide created by our team to walk you through checklists, budget creation, and vendor bookings. We will provide you with recommendations for trusted vendors that will complete your wedding experience.
The final phase is the Management of the wedding day itself. This process begins 8 weeks out as we will contact all of your vendors and finalize the logistics so every team member is on the same page. Separately, we will work with you to create the timelines and ceremony outline to ensure everything is just as you envisioned. You will have at least 2 dedicated planners on-site for your wedding day who will be managing all vendors and logistics so that no detail is left unattended.
